Romeldale has a great spring and durability. Due to color variation in the wool from year to year each lot is specific to the animal and the year. If you are working on a project and feel you will be close in quantity, buy extra as once the yarn it is gone it likely won't match, but you can easily blend two animals or ply mulitple colors to create a unique and wonderful color variation of your own.
